Our Wine...

2014 Riesling  

An attractive citrus bouquet, light green and yellow in colour. The palate is crisp with good length.  Serve chilled.

2015 3 Dog Sauvignon Blanc

Made from fruit grown on our Estate Vineyard, this wine has gooseberry, green olive and grassy notes. A fine lime juice acidity makes for a long, fresh and intense wine. Creaminess and complexity on the palate comes from partial barrel ferment

Deep purple in colour with a bouquet of intense blackcurrant violets and bay leaf. Will cellar well.

2015 Toms Cap 3 Dog Shiraz 

Displays a deep, crunchy blood plum fruit character with complexing spice and herbal. Notes coming from the use of whole bunches in the ferment. The wine is medium bodied, A lighter styled Shiraz with savoury finish, A wine to drink now or hold in the cellar for a few years
